  • We are recruiting Sales and Lettings Negotiators for a position in Gosforth with a focus on progressing sales and lettings. The ideal candidate should have experience as an Estate Agent, be resilient, positive, friendly, and computer literate. The role offers a basic salary plus uncapped commission, with a realistic on-target earnings (OTE) of £35k+. Candidates must have access to their own vehicle and should ideally be interested in conducting valuations. This position provides opportunities for career progression, ongoing training, and incentives.

On behalf of our clients we are recruiting for Sales and lettings Negotiators to join the Business across Gosforth.

The main purpose of the role is:

To agree sales & progress sales through to exchange and completion, generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, deal with lettings negotiations as well as optimising every opportunity to schedule FS appointments.

The ideal Negotiator is…

An experienced Estate Agent who has dealt with Negotiating Sales and Lettings and progressing sales through to completion

Resilient, positive and friendly

Computer Literate

Ideally interested in carrying out some Valuations when the Valuer is unavailable

Able to carry out Accompanied Viewings

Basic Salary - Uncapped Commission - Career Progression
