The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to the commercial team and contribute to the smooth operation of various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the commercial team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of documentation related to contracts, tenders, and orders.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including supplier and subcontractor information.
  • Manage and organize filing systems, both electronically and physically.
  • Coordinate and track project timelines and deadlines, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Assist in the preparation of cost reports, budgets, and other financial documentation.
  • Handle general office duties such as answering calls, emails, and scheduling meetings.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a commercial administration role, ideally within the construction or housebuilding sector.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
