The Role

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Property Manager to join our supportive team. This customer-facing role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing both independent tasks and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of properties
  • Complete check-ins and check-outs to company standards
  • Conduct periodic inspections
  • Log all maintenance works required following check-outs
  • Handle deposit correspondence and release deposits
  • Compile and submit deposit disputes
  • Write landlord inspection letters following visits
  • Ensure properties are maintained to the required standards
  • Oversee the service of legal notices
  • Complete licensing applications and renewals
  • Conduct emergency property visits when necessary and oversee all refurbishments
  • Increase standards of the property portfolio
  • Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota (1 week in every 6, until 21:00 on evenings)

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a motivated individual with a background in property management who can work independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Full driving licence and use of own vehicle
  • Experience in the property management sector
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Flexibility to adapt to the nature of the position

Qualifications:

Completion of the Level 3 ARLA Residential Lettings and Property Management examinations must be achieved within 18 months. This is an excellent opportunity to further your knowledge and an incremental pay increase will be applicable once the examinations are completed. Pat Robson & Co will support you through the qualification with revision material and cover the expenses of the examinations.
