Facilities / Estates Administrator - TempBased in Newcastle | office based roleFull Time | 8:00am to 4:00pm | Monday to Friday Temp role for 3 months | potential for extensionPay rate of £up to £12.50 per hour depending on skills & relevant experienceSearch Consultancy are currently working with one of our Nationwide clients to recruit this role on a temp basis for the next 3 months. This is an immediate start role so only candidates that are available immediately or on very short notice (maximum 1 week) will be considered.The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the end client with Administration related to the delivery of the Facilities & Estates side of the business.

Duties involved in this role will include:* Extensive filing of both paper & electronic documentation, as well as maintenance of filing systems * Obtaining quotes from sub-contractors for work to be carried out as required* Ensure the company's FM system is kept up to date with work order records and relevant information* Quality checking and closing of outstanding work orders* Providing accurate monthly reporting on work order performance and trends* Organisation & booking of scheduled work activities for internal staff & contractors. * Actively participate and contribute to team meetings. * Extensive input of data into spreadsheets, the company's FM system and relevant documents * Taking minutes of meetings and providing a meeting notes document. * Organise diary with key dates and activities.* Other ad hoc FM and Estates work as required or directedIn order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:* Previous relevant experience within an Administration role dealing with Facilities or Estates - this experience is essential* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal* Solid IT Skills including the full MS Office suiteIf this is the role for you, apply now!Please note that only applicants who have the required skills and experience detailed above will be considered for this role.
