The position offers a basic salary of £26,000 with an OTE of £40,000, along with a car allowance.

Our clients, a market leading and highly successful Estate Agency, are looking to recruit a Sales Valuer in the Gateshead area. The role is available due to expansion and a strong market presence.

This would suit a lister who can convert valuations into instructions, offering excellent customer service.

Working hours:

Full Time
Monday – Friday
Alternate Saturdays
Lieu day when Saturday worked

The successful Valuer role, will be offered:

Basic salary £26,000
OTE £40,000
Car Allowance / Car
