Part Time Receptionist

We are working with our client who are an established office space rental business in their search for a part time receptionist. This role is up to 16 hours per week and the hours are mornings only which could be ideally for someone on a busy schedule.

Your main focus will be to facilitate a managed service for clients who want to rent office space aswell as promote the business by social media.

• Meet and greet clients and arrange office space
• Show clients around the business
• Have awareness of safety protocols of the building
• General troubleshooting and procurement for the building
