About the Role

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring the reception area runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting Visitors: Welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
  • Answering and Directing Calls: Manage phone calls, redirecting them to the appropriate departments or individuals efficiently.
  • Managing Appointments: Organise and maintain a booking system for meetings and appointments for team members and visitors.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support including filing, managing incoming post, and preparing documents for meetings.
  • Customer Communication: Liaise with clients and customers to ensure they have all the information they need in a clear and friendly manner.
