TYNE & WEAR (Ref 695) 4 month FTC and 3 days per week

£50k fte + benefits

Our client is a high profile NorthEast business, who needs additional support in the coming months. You will be an experienced HRBP and available immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management support and coaching (conflict, difficult conversations and disciplinary/performance related support)
  • Ensure the business is compliant with current practice focused legislation
  • Contracts - review with eye on detail to update (local law firm support)
  • Managing HR Coordinator to ensure tasks complete and accurate
  • Oversee payroll and pensions submissions are accurate and timely -ensure 2 Finance checks in process
  • Ensure processes for on boarding, changes of circumstances and off boarding are process mapped, recorded and followed
  • Be the point of contact with the Law firm
  • Embed clear recruitment procedures which are equitable across the organisation
  • Oversee strategic staff training plan and roll out of PDR’s for 2025/26
  • Actively checking on any HR/Salary updates to staff and freelancers
