Nigel Wright are working with a growing organisation in the renewables sector in their search for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all candidates and new employees.The OpportunityKey Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:Recruitment & Selection:•    Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from drafting job descriptions to posting vacancies and managing applicant tracking systems (ATS).•    Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting in collaboration with hiring managers.•    Schedule and organise interviews, liaising with both candidates and interview panels.•    Ensure compliance with UK employment laws, including right-to-work checks and data protection requirements.•    Maintain recruitment records and provide reports on hiring metrics.•    Assist with employer branding initiatives, such as careers pages, social media campaigns, and recruitment events.Onboarding & Induction:•    Manage pre-employment processes, including reference checks, contract preparation, and new starter documentation.•    Coordinate induction schedules, ensuring new employees receive appropriate training and resources.•    Serve as a key point of contact for new hires, addressing queries and facilitating a smooth transition into the organisation.•    Monitor probation periods, ensuring timely check-ins and feedback collection.HR Administration & Compliance:•    Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records in line with GDPR and company policies.•    Assist in the development and continuous improvement of recruitment and onboarding policies.•    Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to enhance workforce representation.Who we are looking forWith strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail you will have some experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition or HR administration.
