What You'll Do:

Source and Attract Candidates: Use various channels to identify and engage potential candidates within the tech sector.
Business Development: Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Manage the Recruitment Process: Oversee the recruitment life-cycle from initial contact to placement.
Utilise Your Language Skills: Leverage your Polish language skills to communicate effectively with Polish-speaking candidates and clients.

Who You Are:

Language Skills: Fluent/Native in Polish and English (spoken and written).
Driven and Ambitious: A self-starter with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
People-Oriented: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients alike.
Previous Experience (Preferred): Some experience in recruitment, sales, or a customer-facing role is a plus, but we welcome entry-level candidates with a passion for the industry!
