We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented recruitment administrator to join our client's team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting their department with various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Coordinate and communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters and other recruitment-related documentation.
  • Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment or HR administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
