Recruitment Consultant (with Fluent Nordic Language skills - Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish)
Are you ready to kick start your career in recruitment with a dynamic and innovative team? Tenth Revolution Group is looking for a motivated and ambitious Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant who is fluent in a Nordic language (or two!) to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:
- Source and Attract Candidates: Use various channels to identify and engage potential candidates in the tech sector.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage the Recruitment Process: Oversee the recruitment life cycle from initial contact to placement.
- Utilise Your Language Skills: Leverage your Nordic language skills to communicate effectively with Nordic-speaking candidates and clients.
Who You Are:
- Language Skills: Fluent in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) and English (spoken and written).
- Driven and Ambitious: A self-starter with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- People-Oriented: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients alike.
- Previous Experience: Some experience in a customer-facing or sales based role is a plus, but we welcome entry-level candidates with a passion for the industry!
