The role will be dealing with high volume and quick turnaround recruitment. Candidates must have proven experience at building strong client relationships across all levels, have strong candidate identification and research skills.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing & managing a complete recruitment process with our respected client through to hiring completion
  • Sourcing of candidates through advertising, searching databases / internet searches, social media, and networking
  • Screening applications, telephone / Teams interviewing candidates, and setting up and arranging interviews, and making placements
  • Providing excellent customer service to the client and candidates and keeping them fully updated throughout the recruitment process
  • Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts across a wide range of media

Candidatesā€™ backgrounds & skills:

  • Previous recruitment experience, ideally within engineering/ FM sectors
  • Degree educated ideal or relevant work experience / skills
  • IT Literate and competent user of Microsoft office and social media
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Self-motivated, a confident and pro-active nature with a positive attitude
  • Committed and hardworking
  • Able to quickly adapt and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Hands-on can-do attitude
