This role will have the unique opportunity to shape and implement recruitment processes from the ground up, ensuring that they align with our organization's needs for high-volume, project-driven roles across the UK & Ireland. The Recruitment Lead will be pivotal in designing a tailored, efficient recruitment strategy and creating a seamless employee experience. The position will have a direct report and will report to the HRD while also working closely with the Head of People and ER.Key Responsibilities:•   Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Lead high-volume recruitment efforts for both weekly and monthly paid employees, primarily in technical roles such as scaffolders, insulation, and painting, ensuring that recruitment is aligned with business objectives.•   Implementation of SAP SF Recruiting Module: Work with the People Services team to implement a recruitment module in SAP SuccessFactors that is fit for purpose for the resourcing of weekly and monthly employees.•   Forecasting & Planning: Review 12-week forecasting for resourcing needs based on inputs from the business and liaise with operations and the People team to anticipate staffing requirements.•   Stakeholder Management: Foster relationships with operations and People teams to understand resourcing needs, ensuring recruitment plans align with these requirements.•   Manage External Partners: Oversee the relationship with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) with support from the Head of HR and HR Director, ensuring alignment on recruitment processes.•   Campaign Management: Devise and execute recruitment campaigns and initiatives, managing deadlines and ensuring communication with recruiting managers throughout the process.•   Process Development: Design and implement robust recruitment and selection processes, including coaching and advising managers to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices.•   Compliance & Best Practice: Ensure that all recruitment activity meets statutory requirements and aligns with industry best practices.•   Reporting & KPIs: Develop reporting systems and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of recruitment activities and demonstrate value to the business.•   Resource Management: Provide guidance to managers on the effective use of recruitment resources, ensuring temporary workers are deployed efficiently, minimizing costs while meeting resourcing needs.Who we are looking forWe are seeking an individual with expertise in some if not all of the below:•   Proven experience in high-volume recruitment.•  Knowledge of recruitment technologies, with experience in SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms preferred.•   Demonstrates ability to manage relationships with external recruitment partners (e.g., Managed Service Providers).•   Experience in devising recruitment plans, campaigns, and ensuring they align with business needs.•   Ability to implement and oversee recruitment processes while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.•   Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration across teams.•   Analytical skills to develop and monitor KPIs and reporting on recruitment effectiveness.•   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.contactThis opportunity comes with a competitive salary and benefits and offers a hybrid working model.
