Senior Recruitment Consultant - Nordic Markets

What You'll Do:
- Source and Attract Candidates: Use various channels to identify and engage potential candidates in the tech sector.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage the Recruitment Process: Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to placement.
- Utilize Your Language Skills: Leverage your Nordic language skills to communicate effectively with Nordic-speaking candidates and clients.
Who You Are:
- Driven and Ambitious: A self-starter with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- People-Oriented: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients alike.
- Previous Experience (Preferred): Some experience in recruitment, sales, or a customer-facing role is a plus, but we welcome entry-level candidates with a passion for the industry!
- Experience - Atleast 2/3 years experience working in recruitment or a headhunting role
- Experience in ERP technologies
