The Role: Genuinely 'consult’ with the client and candidate

Understand the clients brief given to you by the Recruitment Director, ask questions, do research, understand the client’s business, be able to sell this to the candidate.
Resourcing candidates from all sectors in various roles using job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Qualify candidates, create fantastic supporting notes and manage client and candidate expectations!
Manage several accounts, new and historical as you get more experience.
Provide market information, salary and role feedback for the client as required.
Work as part of a passionate team who support each other.

Cracking knowledge of perm recruitment 30K-100k+ roles and associated job boards
You must know your way round LinkedIN to a high, level.
Excellent communication. Genuine character with your own spirit and personality!
