This hands-on role plays a key part in shaping the future of our clients workforce by driving employer branding initiatives and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.Key Responsibilities include:Direct Recruitment: Source both active and passive candidates for open roles, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.Market Research & Talent Mapping: Conduct salary benchmarking, competitor analysis, and develop talent pools to meet future business demands.Candidate Sourcing Strategy: Use creative strategies, including social media and networking, to attract diverse, high-caliber candidates.Collaboration: Work closely with HR and Marketing teams to strengthen our employer brand and ensure our client is recognised as a top employer in the market.Talent Pool Development: Build relationships and raise awareness to minimize recruitment time and meet future hiring needs.Who we are looking forWith at least 3 years in talent acquisition or recruitment and with a proven track record of managing the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles you will be a creative thinker with the ability to use innovative methods to attract both active and passive candidates.
