We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation.
This role will be within our?Metering team.?Youll join the leading provider of metering services in the UK energy retail sector, we provide efficient and flexible services for gas, electricity and water meters.
Our meter readers install, maintain and manage meters to make sure customers are billed correctly and energy usage patterns are monitored.

What will you be doing?
As a Scheduling Coordinator, youllmonitor, control and manage the schedule and planning of the technical workforces day. Youll be really prepared and work to quick turnarounds. Do you enjoy planning and working to a fast pace?
You'll need to be sure of yourself to ensure activities are closed down efficiently. You'll be involved in the Smart Meter installation process on behalf of our clients.
Do you enjoy being customer facing? You'll take inbound and outbound calls, speaking to suppliers and customers and deal with emergency calls that require immediate action.
Are you happy to raise issues, making sure jobs are completed on time? You'll work with our engineers to make sure they are using their tablets correctly. You'll also be chatting?with Meter Workers and Technical Managers if any issues are flagged.

You'll be based at Cobalt Business Park. Youll be contracted to work 40 hours over 5 out of 7 days on rotation between 07:30-16:00 and 09.30-18:00.
