- Manage day-to-day bar operations, ensuring a high standard of service at all times
- Lead a team of permanent and casual bar staff, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with all licensing laws and maintain an up-to-date liquor license
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and maintain an organised and well-stocked bar
- Handle cash, tills, and financial reconciliations accurately
- Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring a clean and safe working environment
- Work with management to develop promotions and drive bar sales
- Oversee the drinks menu, ensuring it complements the venue’s craft beer selection
- A valid liquor license – this is essential
- Previous experience in bar management or a similar hospitality leadership role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer experience
- A hands-on approach to management, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly with stock and financial processes

- Salary up to £32,000 depending on experience, plus tips, plus annual discretionary bonus
