Catering Engineer

CATERING ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:

Good working background as an catering engineer.

Proficient in fault finding and repair.

To be able to carry out reactive maintenance, servicing / ppm, and installation of catering equipment.

Experience with warewash equipment and diagnosis

This will include working on various equipment such as microwaves, vac pac machines etc

Experience of work on refrigeration would be useful too and fgas qualification.

Experience in laundry equipment would be useful too.

Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations

Representing the company in a professional and competent manner at all times and develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients

Reactive attendance to emergency call-outs on 1 in 4 callout rota.

Maintain the professional image of the company always and promote their services.

Work on own and as part of a team

To ensure all PPM and reactive tasks are completed within SLA times set out by our clients.

Receiving client issues and resolving these issues effectively without disruption to business or compromising client relationships.

Reactive attendance to emergency call-outs on 1 in 4 callout rota.

Competencies:

Gas qualifications, comcat 1,2,3 & 5.

Hold a refrigerants certificate (F-Gas) - OPTIONAL

Full driving licence and flexible to travel on a daily basis

Additional Qualifications would be an advantage i.e. 18th edition
