The Role

As the Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of food and beverage operations. This includes overseeing daily service, managing events, and ensuring that customers and guests receive an exceptional experience.

You will play a key role in driving profitability, maintaining high standards, and fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee all hospitality operations, including the bar, restaurant, and events.

  3. Develop menus, promotions, and offerings in collaboration with the kitchen team.
  4. Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximise profitability.
  5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

  7. Plan and execute events and private functions.
