Jewson a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is on the hunt for a Branch Manager, who's as passionate about great leadership as we are.

Hours - 7.30 - 5.00 Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning 8-12

JEWSON Contract House, Meadowfield Industrial Estate, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, NE20 9SD

Key Responsibilities

路 Lead, coach and support the team to deliver success and promote opportunities for continuous improvement

路 Collaborate with the wider network to support Customer requirements and business activities

路 Adjust the nature of services delivered according to developments in customer needs and expectations in line with our Jewson Values

路 Build and develop great relationships with new and existing Customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible

路 Build effective relationships with suppliers

路 Get to know the local market to support plans for sales growth

路 Ensure accurate stock levels are maintained, carrying out regular stock counts

路 Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work

Required Skills and Experience
