Branch Manager (Full-time, Permanent)

A challenging and rewarding role offering leadership responsibilities to help achieve company objectives and targets for the branch. This position includes a competitive package, including a company car or car allowance.

Key Responsibilities:

The Branch Manager (BM) will be responsible for leading the branch team and ensuring branch targets and income goals are met. This will involve managing the performance of Sales & Lettings Advisors and providing necessary training, support, and coaching to help them achieve individual targets. The role includes the following responsibilities:

  • Branch Targets: The BM will be provided with quarterly branch targets, which must be met by effectively managing the team and overseeing their performance. Achieving these targets requires careful monitoring and addressing any training or coaching needs promptly.

  • Individual Targets and Minimum Standards: The BM will manage the activities of Sales & Lettings Advisors to ensure they meet targets in areas such as Gross Sales, Gross Lets, Market Appraisals, Financial Services, and CWM. The BM will also encourage Auction Referrals, Removal Referrals, Survey Referrals, and Reviews.

  • Team Leadership and Training: As the Branch Manager, ensuring the team is present, punctual, and prepared for the 9 am Morning Meeting is crucial. The BM will also be responsible for ensuring that minimum standards are upheld, and that policies are followed in relation to applicant registrations, booking Market Appraisals (MAs), follow-ups, rental listings, hot calling, viewings, and feedback.

  • Pipelines and Sales Progression: The BM must have an overarching knowledge of the branch's pipelines and ensure the team is performing in line with monthly income targets. This includes monitoring exchange performance to meet objectives and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed for sales and lettings.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday
