Account Executive, Newcastle-upon-Tyne

This role offers the chance to manage client relationships and oversee projects, leveraging expertise in digital and design services. Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong client relationships as the primary contact for clients design and digital needs.
  • Communicate effectively to manage client expectations, address requests, and resolve issues.
  • Partner with creative, design, and digital teams to plan and deliver projects aligned with client objectives.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality completion of all project deliverables.
  • Track project progress, addressing risks and resolving challenges proactively.
  • Lead project meetings, including kick-offs, updates, and reviews.
  • Provide clients and management with regular project updates and reports.
  • Oversee budgets, invoices, and purchase orders, collaborating with finance and account teams.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required.

Key Criteria

  • Degree-level education.
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar agency role.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service focus with a deep understanding of client needs.
  • Familiarity with design and digital services and workflows.
  • Proven multitasking ability, managing projects, priorities, and timelines effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
