Our client, one of the countrys leading law firms with an international portfolio, is seeking to appoint a Business Development Manager to join an established, local sales & marketing team in growing the firms customer base across the North East region.
As Business Development Manager, you will:
Manage several business pipelines simultaneously
Support the Bids & Tenders team on pitches
Work closely with partners on strategy and client relationships
Specifically target FDs, HR & IT Directors
Build new relationships with prospects
Onboard new clients in priority sectors
Broaden relationships with existing clients
Collaborate with overseas colleagues on cross-border projects
Liaise with the Marketing Team on brand communications
Attend meetings with clients and prospects
Represent the firm at conferences and events
As Business Development Manager, you will need:
Experience gained from a Legal, Real Estate, Public Sector or Private Wealth background
Experience of business development from within professional services
The ability to influence at a senior level both internally and externally
An in-depth understanding of your chosen market
