The Role:

The primary goal of this role is to drive profitable growth developing new business and enrichment of the existing portfolio with Active Portfolio Management supporting the company developing and executing innovative security solutions.

Having built a strong relationship and a deep understanding of the assignment / client, the Commercial Account Manager will constantly evaluate the service provision (always adopting a risk-based approach) and where practical, propose an alternative service provision that leverages the wide range of services provided to achieve maximum efficiency, profitability and ultimately, customer retention.

The Candidate:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience within a commercial environment

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service

• High level of professionalism, personal integrity, and strong personal presence

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Excellent communicator and at ease with presenting in front of a wide range of key stakeholders

• P&L Ownership, forecasting and budgeting

• Experience in undertaking project costings and managing margins.

• A strong team player who can contribute positively to a dynamic environment of internal and external stakeholders.

• Knowledge base with respect to technical security products
