We are seeking a Finance Assistant to join our clients in Newcastle.
The role involves posting cash, raising sales invoices, and preparing debtors reports.
Candidates should have experience with credit control and be confident using Sage Line 50.
The position requires a self-motivated individual who can work well under tight deadlines.
The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates should ideally have at least 2 years of relevant experience.

We are recruiting for a Finance assistant to join our clients in NewcastleJob duties and responsibilities (but not limited to):

Posting cash and allocating receipts on Sage Line 50
Raising sales invoices
Preparing and reviewing debtors reports to discuss with the MD
Proactively chasing aged debtors, by telephone and email
Providing statements to clients on a timely basis
Reconciling month-end sales to individual branch reports
Assisting with other accounting duties, as and when required

The desirable candidate will be:

Confident using Sage Line 50
Experienced with credit control
A self-motivated individual who can work well in a small Accounts team
Comfortable working to tight deadlines
Confident using Microsoft Outlook and Excel
