The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English to students in Key Stage 3 and 4, preparing them for their GCSE exams.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of all students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
- Participate in school events and activities as required.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching English at Key Stage 3 and 4.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English literature and language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
