An English Teacher is needed for a fantastic secondary school in the Newcastle area. This full time role is to start ASAP and will be ongoing. This role is to teach English to KS3 and KS4 pupils.
This lovely school is mixed sex and has supportive and friendly staff and managers.
The ideal English Teacher candidate would:
- Have a passion teaching English
- Have excellent subject knowledge
- Be able to organise themselves
- Be able to engage with children in a proactive way
We are keen to hear from both experienced English teachers or ECTs.
To apply for a English Teacher position with Premier Teachers you must hold QTS or QTLS.
In addition, you must:
• Provide two referees we can contact
• Have a DBS form or be prepared to obtain one
Please note that the rate of pay will be dependent on where you are on the National Teacher Payscales and the level of experience that you have to date.
