The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality PE lessons and activities that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students.
- Work closely with teachers to integrate physical education into the broader curriculum, promoting the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
- Lead extracurricular sports and fitness activities, encouraging student participation and fostering school spirit.
- Support the development of individual students by providing tailored guidance and encouragement.
- Monitor and document students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Promote positive behaviour, teamwork, and sportsmanship among students.
Requirements:
- Qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) status with a specialization in Physical Education.
- A genuine passion for promoting physical fitness and well-being among young learners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and the ability to design and implement engaging PE lessons and activities.
- Previous experience in a similar role or working with children in an educational setting.
- A proactive approach to professional development and continuous learning.
