Ifry A&P ltd is seeking a friendly and energetic Retail Store Associate to join our team! As a Retail Store Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience from the moment they enter our store.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle returns or exchanges.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, restocking, and merchandising products.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and customer service.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to store goals and targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for periods of time
