  • Supporting students who experience barriers to learning due to SEMH needs and challenging behaviour
  • Building positive relationships to engage and motivate young people
  • Implementing behaviour strategies to support emotional regulation and learning
  • Working closely with teaching staff and external professionals to provide tailored support
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience working with young people in an education, care, or support setting
  • Understanding of mental health needs and neurological conditions
  • A resilient nature, positive attitude, and a good sense of humour
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to challenging situations
