Housing Officer - Northumberland

Resourcing Group are working in partnership with a leading Social Housing organisation based in Northumberland who are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Housing Officer on an interim basis full time. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an organisation who provide affordable homes for people across the north and to work in a highly focused driven team allowing you to gain further exposure and play a pivotal role.


Your new role as Housing Officer:

As the Housing Officer you will act as a bridge between the organisation and their customers, creating a supportive environment where customers feel valued and understood, contributing to the success of the team through support and collaboration with other members of the team to help forge a positive culture, allowing for best performance. You will support the development and delivery of effective and high-quality housing services, from addressing maintenance issues to managing tenancy concerns, handling tenancy agreements, conducting inspections and ensuring the overall well-being of the community.


The Experience & Qualifications Required:

You will have previous experience working within a housing related role, excellent communication and organisational skills, enthusiasm and great customer service.
