Residential Children's Support WorkerNewcastle

Randstad is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Children's Support Worker to join our team in Newcastle. The successful candidate will provide support and care to children and young people with complex needs, including mental health challenges and learning disabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing a safe, supportive and stimulating environment for children and young people.
  • Developing and implementing individual care plans.
  • Working closely with families and other professionals.
  • Monitoring and documenting progress.
  • Ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of the children.
  • Participating in team meetings and training.
