Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboration: Work closely with foster carers, families, and multi-agency teams to deliver coordinated support.
  • Safeguarding: Monitor and address safeguarding concerns, ensuring the child's safety and welfare remain a priority.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records in line with legal and professional standards.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience working with children in care or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload with professionalism and empathy.
