Job Description:

Are you a newly qualified social worker looking to kick-start your career in adult safeguarding.
In this role, you will work under the guidance of experienced professionals, helping to protect vulnerable adults from harm and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the assessment and safeguarding of vulnerable adults, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of care plans tailored to the needs of individuals.
  • Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, external agencies, and other professionals to coordinate services and resources.
  • Participating in safeguarding investigations and contributing to the development of safeguarding plans.
  • Maintaining accurate records of assessments, care plans, and outcomes to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
  • Newly qualified with a strong desire to work in adult safeguarding.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting adults at risk.
  • A willingness to learn and develop within the field of adult safeguarding.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.es, and procedures related to social care and safeguarding.
