Developer - Newcastle – Office based – up to £42.5K DOE.

A vibrant, collaborative, team led studio are currently hiring for a Developer to join their award-winning team.

The company are based in Newcastle and have a strong team of 30+ creative developers, inspiring designers, and digital innovators. They work with some of the most ambitious clients from around the world, designing and building market-leading web, mobile, and bespoke digital applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate excellent coding and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
  • Utilise commercial experience with object-oriented languages such as Java and C#.
  • Apply knowledge of front-end web technologies including Vue.js, Angular, React, SASS, and LESS.
  • Develop and maintain applications using Node.js.
  • Manage web server technologies like Nginx or Apache.
  • Design resilient and scalable databases using MySQL or Hibernate/JPA.
  • Collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplined team and lead by example.
  • Take ownership of project delivery and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Show a passion for creating top-tier digital applications.
  • Continuously learn and adopt new skills, technologies, and frameworks such as modern Java, .NET Core, Blazor, Ionic, and more.
