Midweight Shopify Developer profile:Â
We are looking for an experienced Shopify Developer who can take ownership of complex projects, working independently and leading development efforts. The role involves working on advanced Shopify customisations, integrating and developing custom apps, and scaling solutions for our clients. You’ll collaborate with our design, marketing, and SEO teams to develop high-performing ecommerce stores.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead the development and customisation of Shopify stores for clients, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions? Develop custom features, functionalities, and apps to meet specific client requirements? Optimise Shopify stores for performance, speed, and SEO? Integrate third-party services and APIs seamlessly into Shopify? Troubleshoot advanced technical issues and implement solutions efficiently? Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and best practices? Stay up to date with the latest Shopify developments and industry trends
Requirements:
? 3+ years of experience as a Shopify Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful Shopify projects? Expertise in Shopify’s Liquid templating language, theme development, and API integrations? Proficient in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), with a strong understanding of responsivedesign and web performance? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously? Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams? A proactive mindset, with a passion for driving continuous improvement
Desirables:
? Experience with Shopify Plus and custom app development is a strong plus? Experience with TailwindCSS, GraphQL and Webpack
