Location: Newcastle (Onsite)

Role Overview: As a Graduate Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work alongside industry experts on 100% greenfield projects, developing new products from the ground up. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions.
  • Engage in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.

About You:

  • Educational Background:
    • Degree from a Russell Group university (mandatory).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in at least one programming language: C#, Python, Java, or similar.
    • Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
  • Professional Attributes:
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
    • Enthusiastic about working on greenfield projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desirable Experience:
    • Previous exposure to the financial services sector is advantageous but not essential.

Location: This role requires full-time onsite work in our Newcastle office, Monday to Friday.
