We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester to help shape the performance testing approach for the payments portfolio.
We are looking for a candidate who possesses significant experience in performance testing and a comprehensive understanding of the tools and methodologies necessary to lead and innovate within this space. The ideal candidate will contribute to shaping the performance testing strategy while ensuring alignment with the overall project objectives.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to establish optimal performance testing processes and methodologies, with a focus on knowledge transfer and mentoring to empower the internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and prepare technical performance test plans.
- Develop data-driven test automation scripts.
- Execute performance and load testing using Load Runner (or similar tools).
- Design and execute daily load BVTs and larger system-level tests.
- Prepare data for execution and analyse data from performance tests.
- Report findings, log defects, and communicate issues that may affect schedule, budget, or quality.
Qualifications Required:
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other relevant fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in performance testing.
