Learning Support Assistant Duties:
- Provide dedicated learning support to students.
- Build strong relationships with students and offer guidance.
- Maintain a well-organized, supportive environment, assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
- Foster student engagement and promote learning.
Essential Requirements:
- Recent and relevant experience working with children or young people, ideally within an educational setting.
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine commitment to creating a supportive learning environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the class teacher.
- A valid DBS on the update service.
