Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and group support to children with a range of SEN needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt teaching materials to meet the needs of each child.
  • Support classroom teachers in managing behaviour and creating an inclusive learning environment.
  • Help with personal care tasks, where necessary, ensuring the dignity and comfort of the child.
  • Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere to help children achieve their full potential.
