We are seeking a passionate and experienced EHCP Coordinator to join our dynamic Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Team. As an EHCP Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities by managing the Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) process from start to finish.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven experience in coordinating EHCPs or working within a SEND-related role in an educational, health, or social care setting.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice, education, health, and care legislation, and local authority processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and sensitively to a diverse audience.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
  • Empathy and Compassion: A commitment to supporting the needs of children and young people with SEND, and the ability to work empathetically with families and professionals.
