The Gig:
Step into the spotlight with our Sky Inbound sales team, where you'll be the friendly voice guiding customers through their Sky equipment queries. You'll champion the iconic Sky brand and spotlight the awesome Sky Protect products that give our customers that extra peace of mind.
Your day-to-day?
You'll handle inbound calls from a warm, ready-to-chat customer base, offering them the perfect Sky Protect solutions. Our lively and dynamic department thrives on delivering top-notch sales performance through stellar customer service.
Expect loads of support, engaging incentives, and a team that's all about smashing goals and having fun!
Shifts & Setup:
- Work-from-Home: We'll supply all the gear you need-just have broadband.
- Shift: Fixed Wednesday - Saturday 9am-530/600

- Sales Pro: Experience in a home-based role or similar with a flair for targeted sales and customer service.
- Customer Whisperer: Skilled at building rapport, showing empathy, and always putting customers first.
- Multi-tasking Dynamo: Confident and resilient, able to juggle targets with a smile and a great team spirit.
