Now Dutton are recruiting an Administrator to work within their Resource Team to provide admin support to the fulfillment and salesconsultants.
Please note this role is subject to Police vetting before start is confirmed.
Your Role:
Candidate/|Client management, electronic and hard copy via a CRM
Maintaining and logging updates
Typing and photocopying
Compliance Monitoring (understanding EAA regs pref)
Taking calls and dealing with general enquiries
Data processing of timesheets, (Understanding of payroll options of an agency/temp employer)
Attending Planning meetings
Collating financial Information and any other office Duties
We are looking for:
Skilled with Word and File management
Familiar with Excel
CRM use
Document drafting
Email and Internet skills - Good IT
Good Communication skills
Person Spec
Good team worker within a small environment. Capable of taking initiative when requried
Good communication Written and verbal
Good organiser
Good telephone manner
Flexible and adaptable to change
You must hold a minimum level of Maths and English and ideally have a Higher ed Certification
