In this role, you will support both new and existing customers with the technical integration and testing. You'll also contribute to enhancing the in-service support offering, including product maintenance, training, and documentation. Regular global travel will be required as you represent the company in customer-facing activities such as system testing, sales demonstrations, and evaluations.

The Role
- Support product integration and system testing
- Maintain and improve customer-facing documentation
