We have a fabulous opportunity for a Canada Specialist to join a growing sales team.

As a Canada Specialist, you’ll be the expert on our client’s Canadian product, tailor making memorable experiences.

This role is perfect for experienced results-driven sales professionals who thrive on connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional travel recommendations!

Previous experience in tailor-made, travel sales role specialising in Canada is essential for the position, along with GDS skills and strong sales ability.

Hours of work are Mon - Fri 9am - 5.3pm with occasional Saturdays.

Role of Canada Specialist:

  • Actively connect with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, Live Chat, and Email to promote our client’s Canadian travel packages.
  • Follow up on enquiries, guiding clients towards their ideal Canada travel experience and closing bookings.
  • As a Canada Specialist, offer in-depth knowledge and insights into Canadian destinations, tailoring recommendations to meet client preferences.
  • Oversee the booking process from initial enquiry to confirmation, ensuring clients have a smooth, satisfying experience.
  • Consistently meet and aim to exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Canadian destinations, industry trends, and exclusive products to give clients the best possible recommendations.
  • Work closely with customer service and product teams to deliver a cohesive, high-quality client experience.

Skills required for the role:

  • Proven experience in sales selling worldwide tailor-made holidays, with a strong record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong destination knowledge of Canada
  • Skilled at understanding customer needs, with a knack for recommending travel options that resonate.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable building rapport and closing sales.
  • Strong verbal and written English skills, with the ability to present travel ideas compellingly and clearly.
  • Competent using technology and GDS trained
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, adapting quickly to client queries and sales opportunities
