We are seeking an experienced Audio Typist/Administrator to join an expanding team in Newcastle in Financial Services. This role is ideal for someone who excels in producing high-quality documentation with speed and accuracy, has strong administrative skills, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will play a key role in maintaining the quality of our service by liaising with third parties and providing first-class support to internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
  • Audio Typing: Produce documents quickly and accurately.
  • Client Records Management: Maintain accurate and compliant records on the company software.
  • Communication: Handle phone calls, enquiries, and requests professionally.
  • Administration Support: Deliver back-office and reception support when needed.
  • Client Correspondence: Manage written and verbal communications with clients.
Additional Duties:
  • Reception cover as needed.
  • Back-office support.
  • Ensure all client administration follows the firm’s procedures.
Skills and Requirements:
  • Proven experience in audio typing and scribing (typing speed will be tested).
  • Confident with IT and Microsoft Office packages, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to produce concise and accurate business correspondence.
  • Motivated, professional, and able to engage confidently with third parties.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
Working Hours:
  • Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm with a one-hour break (35 hours per week).
Salary & Benefits:
  • Competitive salary dependent on experience and qualifications (available upon request).
