- Audio Typing: Produce documents quickly and accurately.
- Client Records Management: Maintain accurate and compliant records on the company software.
- Communication: Handle phone calls, enquiries, and requests professionally.
- Administration Support: Deliver back-office and reception support when needed.
- Client Correspondence: Manage written and verbal communications with clients.
- Reception cover as needed.
- Back-office support.
- Ensure all client administration follows the firm’s procedures.
- Proven experience in audio typing and scribing (typing speed will be tested).
- Confident with IT and Microsoft Office packages, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to produce concise and accurate business correspondence.
- Motivated, professional, and able to engage confidently with third parties.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm with a one-hour break (35 hours per week).
- Competitive salary dependent on experience and qualifications (available upon request).
