We are working with one of our key UK clients, who are looking to appoint a dynamic Recruitment Coordinator into their HR team in Newcastle, to play a crucial role in supporting both experienced and graduate hire programmes.

My client is a leading professional services firm.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the HR team to manage recruitment processes for experienced and graduate roles
  • Serve as the primary liaison between candidates, recruitment suppliers, and the internal Recruitment Manager
  • Coordinate interview schedules, ensuring the appropriate testing approaches are applied
  • Obtain and consolidate feedback and test results, while invigilating testing environments
  • Organise and lead candidate introduction days and feedback sessions
  • Review and screen CVs to ensure candidates meet our minimum requirements
  • Use the internal recruitment system to manage open roles, monitor candidate pipelines, assign competency scorecards, and track hiring progress

Profile

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A strong academic record is essential, including a minimum 2:1 degree in an academic discipline, and A-Level results at AAB or equivalent
  • Relevant recruitment administration experience, ideally within a corporate environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Collaborative and confident, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
