Job Description:

We are seeking skilled Welders to join our team in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced professionals looking for a temp-to-perm position with competitive pay rates ranging from 14.23 to 18.92 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform welding tasks according to specifications and blueprints.
Ensure high-quality welds that meet industry standards.
Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Inspect and test welded joints for durability and accuracy.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Welder.
Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to work both day and night shifts as required.
